ive got a 2006 gsxr 750. i changed the body and put on a set of sharkskin 2008 race bodywork. mounted a single headlight - endurance / suzuka 8 hr style and put on a single seat race tail. had to buy 2008 ram air tubes, but they fit fine and everythings worked out well so far. prob got 100 or so miles on it. only thing i didnt have was mirrors. didnt want to mount the factory ones on so heres what i came up with. good? eh..theyre ok. better than nothing. total cost is prob about 6 bucks. and id show the backside where i welded the bolt to the steel circle, but my welds werent pretty enough. im still working on the whole stack of dimes thing.
ill ride it soon and hopefully theres no problems.
